Return Policy

Our Return Policy is as follows:

We will gladly accept returns of unused, unopened items for full refund or exchange of the purchase price of the merchandise less shipping fee within 14 days of your order receipt. Item(s) must be in resalable condition and have its original packaging. Acceptable condition for a return is at our sole discretion. There will be a 20% restocking fee for items returned opened and/or used. I've received an item that's damaged, What do I do?

If you receive an item that's damaged, we sincerely apologize. Please hold on to the damaged item and its original packaging material, and contact us immediately via email at or phone: 1-410-277-8531 (Monday-Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm EST). We will handle your return/exchange promptly as it is received. Please allow up to one billing cycle from the date of the return for credits to appear on your credit card statement.

How do I return or exchange an item?

You may return or exchange the item within 14 days after your order receipt . Please do not open the item. It must be in resalable condition in order to receive a full refund. Please note: We will not issue a refund for items returned without an authorization number. Make sure to include the following:
  • You must include a return address. For the safety of our employees, any package received without a return address on the outside of the package will be destroyed, and will not replace the contents of the package. Thank you for your cooperation.
  • Package the items securely, and be sure to clearly mark the authorization number on the outside of the packaging.
